At age 3, Bill was handed a hammer & taught to pull nails from salvaged lumber which became part of the family home. This early childhood memory shaped his love for home construction. He's been building homes in SW Washington since 1986.
Jeff coordinates and is an operator for the Shaffer Inc excavation fleet. His childhood hours using toy tractors to make straight rows on bathmats are a part of Shaffer family lore and offer a great preview of his precision and dedication to his work.
Luke brings his career experience in new home construction, remodeling, and commercial construction to his role as project manager for Shaffer Inc. Luke works with both clients and our professional team to minimize stress and maximize results.
